Return & Refund Policy

At Nava Beauty Salon, we truly care about your satisfaction whether you’ve enjoyed a treatment in-salon or purchased a product online.
This policy explains when and how returns or refunds may be available for products and services.

Because every appointment involves time and product preparation, all service deposits and payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
However, if a booking error or cancellation is made by us, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

If you experience a genuine concern following a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review your case and offer an appropriate solution such as a complimentary follow-up service or credit.

We want you to love what you buy from us. Please check your order carefully upon receipt and contact us right away if there is any problem.

We gladly accept product returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email navabeautysalon.nz@gmail.com with your order number, contact details, and photos (if applicable).

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back to us.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or personal-care items
  • Gift vouchers or promotional items
  • Services already completed

If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the same payment method used at checkout (via Stripe).
Please allow 3–7 business days after we receive the returned product for inspection and processing.

If the item was purchased using a gift voucher, the refund will be issued as a store credit.

We’re happy to exchange an item for the same product or another of equal value (subject to availability).
Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a credit once the damage is confirmed.

Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which ensures products are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
