At Nava Beauty Salon, we aim to deliver your favourite self-care products quickly and safely.
This policy explains how we process, pack, and ship all online orders within New Zealand.
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
If you’re based outside NZ and wish to order, please contact us before checkout so we can confirm if delivery is possible.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
- We use NZ Post for all deliveries.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on location.
- Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
Once your order leaves our salon, delivery times are managed by the courier provider.
- Flat Rate: NZ $7.99 per order.
- Free Shipping: on all orders over NZ $100 (in a single transaction).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once your parcel is shipped.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing:
- Please notify us at navabeautysalon.nz@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We’ll assist you in filing a courier investigation or, if confirmed lost or damaged, arrange a replacement or store credit.
Nava Beauty Salon is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
We care about the environment
Where possible, we use recyclable packaging materials and avoid unnecessary plastic.
Your products will be safely packed to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
